For more than 55 years, Dave has dedicated his life to helping young people discover their potential through sport, leadership, and personal growth. A visionary educator, coach, mentor, and leadership developer, he has inspired generations of campers, athletes, coaches, and leaders through his belief that sport is far more than competition—it is a powerful training ground for character, resilience, courage, and human connection.Known for his heart-centered approach to leadership and coaching, Dave has spent decades creating transformative experiences that empower individuals to build confidence, embrace challenges, and become the heroes of their own stories. Laura Hernandez, MA, is a Professional Certified Coach, educator, and mindfulness mentor.
