Olympia Adult Wellness Retreat

This fall, Olympia is hoping to introduce a restorative Adult Wellness Retreat designed to help participants slow down, reconnect, and reset in the beauty of Muskoka’s changing season. Blending wellness practices, meaningful reflection, nourishing food, movement, nature, and community connection, the experience will offer space to regulate the nervous system, gain clarity, and reconnect with yourself away from the noise of everyday life. With activities such as yoga, meditation, sauna and cold plunge experiences, fireside connection, nature walks, and guided personal growth sessions, the retreat is intended to support balance, resilience, and renewal in a warm and welcoming environment.
